Yes, you have to register. Registration is free. By registering you can track your reservation status, write reviews and more.

No, you don't pay anything to us. We don't charge reservation or cancellation fees. We are not involved in any financial transaction between you and the company or the owner.

Once you finish the booking process, you will receive an email containing the confirmation and the details of your reservation. Your reservation details are available inside your personal account, also.

If you checked your email inbox including the junk/spam folder and the email is not there, then you can find the confirmation and the details of your reservation inside your personal account. You can print the confirmation from there.

While you book an apartment you have a special section where you can write your requests. After you submit the reservation, the manager of the apartment will tell you if it is possible.

If you decide later to early/late check-in or check-out, you must contact the apartment manager directly as soon as possible. Please note that some companies or owners can charge you a fee for late check-in.

Inside your personal account, for each reservation you make, there is an option to modify your reservation. You can modify your dates, but not the apartment. The system will calculate the new price and if you agree, you have to confirm the modification.

You will receive a confirmation email at the end. Please remember to check the apartment policies regarding the modification of your stay.

Inside your personal account, each booking has the option to cancel it. As soon as you will confirm the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. The procedure is not reversible.
